The staff was pretty friendly and helped us find casinos and an oceanarium which were located near. The room was reasonably large and unique with 3 beds and 2 bathrooms and the overall experience was very nice. Enjoyed the nice interior.

Cool hotel with fast wi-fi. Separate bedroom. The staff was friendly and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Amazing excellent location, very near the French Quarter. Also - close enough to many great-even iconic- restaurants and bars within 3 blocks and the main attractions for family and the mall, aquarium, casino and plenty of places to eat.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Convention Center where we were playing sports. It was also close to the French district and Bourbon Street, which was great for exploring. The room was spacious and had a cute little kitchenette, perfect for storing snacks and drinks. The vintage decor added a charming touch. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast options were limited, with only wrapped pastries and coffee available.

Had a great stay at Plaza Suites Downtown! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the French Quarter and close to streetcars. The room was comfortable and had all the basic facilities we needed. There were plenty of good restaurants and bars within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
